Rosanna Maddalena has been a Short Hills resident for 20 years. She and her husband have two children, both graduates of Millburn High School. Rosanna first came to New York from Italy to pursue a graduate degree in Economics at New York University. She spent 25 years in corporate and investment banking rising to the level of Managing Director in Debt Capital Markets before turning her attention to Real Estate. Her experience provides a unique perspective and skills. She uses her corporate experience daily in real estate negotiations and to help her market listings that drive maximum value for her clients.

Having relocated several times to London, Paris, and back to Short Hills to manage her career, Rosanna understands how to make the home buying or selling process as smooth as possible.  Whether someone is buying, selling or investing, Rosanna thinks of her clients as family. She will keep the real estate process fluid, successful, and low stress.

When Rosanna is not hiking the beautiful trails of the South Mountain Reservation with her energetic dog or coaching the Millburn Recreation Cross Country Running Program, she enjoys spending time on the ski slopes in Colorado or visiting family and friends in Italy. She is an active member of the Short Hills and Millburn community.
