Rosanna Maddalena has been a Short Hills resident for over 20 years and is a licensed real estate professional in both New Jersey and New York. Originally from Italy, she came to New York to pursue a graduate degree in Economics at New York University and spent 25 years in corporate and investment banking, rising to Managing Director in Debt Capital Markets before transitioning into real estate.
Rosanna brings strong financial, negotiation, and marketing expertise to every transaction, helping her clients achieve maximum value when buying or selling a home. Having relocated several times during her career—including London, Paris, Short Hills, New York—she understands firsthand the challenges of moving. As a long-time commuter, she also knows the needs of buyers moving between Manhattan and the suburbs and enjoys helping clients relocate to or from the city, whatever their needs may be.
Outside of real estate, Rosanna enjoys hiking in South Mountain Reservation with her dog, coaching the Millburn Recreation Cross Country Program, running in Central Park, skiing in Colorado, and visiting family and friends in Italy.
