Communication and dedication make Karen Cummins a standout in the field of real estate. A resident of Chatham Glen and previously a resident of Short Hills for over 20 years, she brings her expertise of the area and the surrounding Midtown Direct towns to her role as a Buyer/Listing Agent.

Formerly in sales management and merchandising for the garment industry, she transitioned to real estate almost a decade ago and has been on the Victoria Carter Team for the last five years. Karen raised two sons in the Millburn school system, is an active volunteer in her community, and remains involved with the Downtown Millburn Development Alliance (DMDA).
