For each home we list, a comprehensive marketing plan is developed that is unique to the property. Depending on the specific property and the unique strategy we feel needs to be taken to properly promote it, the following are some of the steps that may be taken to market your home

Photography
Each property I represent is professionally photographed to showcase the attributes that prospective clients are looking for.
In real estate, residential photography is the underpinning over every marketing and promotional efforts. It is for this reason we emphasize taking high quality and appropriately staged photographs to ensure your home is presented in a most favorable manner.
These photographs are used throughout our marketing program to create brochures, print advertisements, direct- marketing pieces and online campaigns.

Copy Writing
How your home is described through words is very important to any promotional effort. So we ensure that all items that are read by clients and prospects are written in a compelling manner that exictes the prospect while concisely presenting the unique features of your property.

Promoting Your Property
Great word-of-mouth is so integral to successful real-estate. We create  buzz in the field and get the word out that your property is worth seeing by s imultaneously marketing your property to most of the area's top producing real estate agents and listing your property on a number of key online listing services. I specialize in mobilizing the brokerage community to showcase your home.

Open Houses
We advertise and promote open houses to present your home to prospective buyers and interested real estate agents in the area. We coordinate and professionally host these open houses to increase buyer awareness of your home and ensure that your property is showcased in the most optimal manner.
Early on in the listing, we will often host “Broker Only” Open Houses to ensure that local area real estate agents know that your property has just come to market.
To obtain qualified and targeted prospective buyer traffic, we will determine the need to place advertisements in local newspapers. Another way we get the word out is by sending out online notices to interested buyers in my database as well as showcasing your property's open house on our website.
